Mobile APP login process

Hello,

I am writing to you today to express my concerns about the frequent logouts that I have been experiencing using your app. I have stopped using the app because it is very inconvenient to have to log in again and again, especially when I am using biometric authentication such as Face ID.

I understand that the need to enter a token for each login is meant to improve security, but I believe that there is a better way to balance security and convenience. For example, many bank apps only require users to enter their token the first time they log in to a new device. After that, they are able to log in using biometric authentication without having to enter their token again.

I believe that if your app implemented this same functionality, it would make it much more user-friendly and convenient. I would be all the more likely to start using the app again if I did not have to enter my token credentials and every single time I wanted log in.
