The process is very detailed / wordy in the guichet, but it is often difficult to understand the next steps and how to operate daily. As an example, Imagine I am a self-employed person who wants to start contributing to the CNS, but I have such a low turnover that I don't need TVA.
There are so many options on the self-employed worker's page that it's difficult for me to select the form to use. I try to schedule an appointment to talk to someone, but the system cancels my appointment because it says the procedure is done online. Finally, after waiting for an hour on the phone, I manage to talk to someone who tells me I have to send a signed form by email... and now what should I expect? How much should I pay? How do I pay? Is it a fixed amount?
The flow must be presented in a grafic, condensed and simple way an if needed a section where to explore more or have more info. Also all the inputs and possible outputs need to be explained.
