About us

The online participation platform Zesumme Vereinfachen is an initiative of the Ministry for Digitalisation and constitutes the continuation of the programme Einfach Lëtzebuerg, which was adopted by the Government Council on 11 March 2016.

It gives everyone the opportunity to get involved in the administrative simplification of the State. The platform is based on a participative approach which allows citizens, organisations and businesses to inform themselves about specific projects for administrative simplification and to make an active contribution by commenting, making proposals or, if the occasion arises, voting on proposals.

The aim is to make public services user-friendly and efficient together with the participants in order to simplify everyone’s daily life. At the same time, the involvement of all participants ensures that the design or redesign of a public service actually satisfies users' demands and needs.

Your contribution is essential in order to continuously adapt, develop and advance existing and planned administrative procedures along with related services in accordance with your needs, requirements and wishes, together with the ministries and administrations.

What can citizens and businesses do on the platform?

You will find all active projects on the homepage. There is a detailed description of how many stages the project is divided into, the phase in which the projects currently find themselves and what actions are possible.

Depending on the project, you can, for example: publish ideas and proposals, comment on contributions, vote on proposals, participate in surveys, prioritise potential solutions, vote between different scenarios or enrol in an (online) workshop.

All comments, ideas and suggestions are collected and analysed by the relevant project teams. The insights gained into the views and opinions of the community support the further development and simplification of the administrative steps.
