Thank you for your feedback on the current features of the MyGuichet.lu mobile application.

We invite you to find herafter some answers to your proposals and remarks.

  • Since January 23, the application notifies you of the progress of a procedure (closure, request for additional information) or when you receive a communication from a public body. A click on the notification received allows you to directly access the procedure or communication concerned on the mobile application. You can activate or deactivate this feature according to your needs.
  • The criminal record, the residence certificate and the certificate of affiliation are available via the mobile application. The offer of documents available electronically via the mobile application is constantly improved.
  • It will soon be possible to connect to the mobile app via Luxtrust Mobile, which will facilitate the login.
  • In the short term, it will be possible to select the language of the mobile app in the Settings of the application.
  • The mobile app is constantly adaped to complete the offer of administrative procedures and documents.
  • In the longer term, it is planned to improve certain functionalities, such as making appointments, to extend the range of procedures in the mobile app and to improve the search.
