Call for contributions
Contribute your thoughts around the topic of service design for public sector and have a closer look on services that we experience in everyday life in Luxembourg.
- Which seamless services do you admire and why?
- Which services could be delivered in a different way?
- Where do you see a necessary changes that would make life of the users easier?
Your input will assist us in devising a 48h Service Design workshop - according the GGovJam approach - in November. This online collect will be complemented by the topics resulting from phyiscal workshops.
In the next phase the selected topics will be presented together with a call for registration for the service design workshop.
