This proposal aims to digitize and centralize the application process for (SNHBM and others) affordable, subsidised, and social housing within Luxembourg through the Guichet.lu platform. This involves:
* Digital Application Forms: Replacing paper-based applications with online forms accessible through Guichet.lu.
* Document Upload: Enabling applicants to upload required supporting documents electronically.
* Online Status Tracking: Providing applicants with real-time updates on the status of their applications.
* Centralized Information Hub: Creating a comprehensive resource on Guichet.lu with detailed information on eligibility criteria, application procedures, and available housing options.
* Automated Eligibility Checks: Where possible, implementing automated checks against existing databases to streamline the initial eligibility assessment.
