Connect guichet.lu to Childcare service vouchers (CSA)

Disclaimer: this suggestion for administrative simplification is only indirectly linked to Guichet.lu.

I would like to suggest a function in Guichet.lu to give access to certain information to other stakeholders, e.g. that my commune of residence can access certain data fields of my tax declaration and composition of my household. This would allow them to get all required information for the "childcare-service voucher" (Chèque-service Accueil) automatically, so that I don't have to literally every year apply and provide this information again and again in paper format.

Benefits:

• Save time and energy for the citizens and the commune.
• Lean process that would not require any paper or printouts.
• No duplication of information in different government systems.
• No more missed deadlines triggering extra work for all involved parties.
