Business profile - company changes to be sent directly to all administrations

The current procedure of closing a company in Luxembourg requires a person to contact one by one every single administration and inform them about ending the business activity. First the Ministry of economics, then the business register LBR, then the VAT authorities and then the tax authorities. Each one of these administrations needs to be notified by the person, otherwise he risks penalties and unduly imposed tax. It would be so much simpler if all of this could be one single procedure in the business profile on MyGuichet: closing a company. Once the procedure is submitted by the person and validated by the Ministry, the information should go out automatically to the above administrations.
